Greetings and a very good day to all!

Finally, AGM of IT Society is back! For your information, IT Society will have its AGM for the academic year 09/10 this coming Thursday.

This invitation is to all MMU students who are registered under IT Society. Interested but yet a member of IT Society? Don’t worry! Registration booth will be opened during the AGM.

Details are as below:

Time: 8.00pm
Venue: CLCR 2006

There will be a brief introduction of IT Society such as the society mission and also the proposed events through out the academic year. Besides, we will have lucky draw prizes to be won.

So, please do come and participate. SAPS points will be given to participants.

FIST Student Academic Affairs Registration [Online Registration Form]


The IT Society MMU Malacca, with FIST Student Academic Affairs (SAA), are pleased to announce to all students that we would be recruting IT Student representatives for Beta and Delta to be part of SAA for the coming academic year 2009 / 2010.

FYI, SAA mainly consists of staffs and lecturers in FIST, a representative from Beta, Gamma, Delta, and International FIST students.

The appointed IT Student Representatives would be representing FIST students in general to lead for improvement of better student affairs. They would be attending a monthly meeting with all the committees, to gather the feedback from FIST students, and work actively to solve the current student affair issues.

Criteria to be a Student Representative:

- Must be in Beta or Gamma or Delta year for the next trimester
- Involved in extra curricular activities
- Possess an excellent communication skill
- Able to take own initiatives
- Highly observant and must be aware of the current issues and affairs in MMU (especially in FIST)
